This really work and all you do is follow the 3 phase program and I will say it have been very easy. My goal is to lose 20 more pounds.
Beginning on day three of the program, which starts PHASE 2, you must restrict your total caloric intake to 1250 calories per day. You are encouraged but not required to use 2 Pure Nourish Meal Supplement shakes for breakfast and lunch each day along with eating one regular, low-glycemic meal, and two low-glycemic snacks. Your total caloric intake should not be more than 1250 calories per day. This calorie restriction is critical for success because it allows the ARIIX Slenderiix drops to better mobilize your fat stores and utilize those calories for energy throughout the day.

ARIIX’s Pure Nourish Meal Supplements provide a healthy low-glycemic breakfast and lunch option. You should use two scoops of Pure Nourish in 8 to 10 ounces of water, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened soy milk, organic skimmed milk, or unsweetened coconut milk. You also have the option of adding ½ to 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit such as mixed berries, peaches, black berries, sweet cherries, or blueberries. You also need to be drinking at least eight to ten 8-ounce glasses of purified water each day. Having proper water intake allows our bodies to more effectively handle the toxins released as we begin burning up fat stores. You should consider purchasing an ARIIX Puritii bottle, which makes it so much easier to always have purified drinking water available and at a fraction of the cost! The other important aspect of the ARIIX Accelerated Weight (Fat) Loss Phase is to begin a modest, aerobic exercise program. We strongly recommend, but do not require that you begin walking, hiking, swimming, jogging, biking, etc. for 15-30 minutes, five times per week. If you have not been involved in an exercise program for any length of time before now, it is crucial that you begin slowly and then build up to our recommended level of exercise over the next 3 to 4 weeks. You are encouraged to use a pedometer and try to reach or exceed 10,000 steps, five times per week. However, you have a wide range of fruits, vegetables, good fats, and good proteins to choose from when planning your regular low-glycemic meals and snacks. You will be consuming three meals a day totaling approximately 1250 calories. If you want to lose weight faster you may choose to take in fewer calories than suggested. For optimal results, consume 200-250 calories for breakfast, 300 to 325 calories for lunch, have a 100 to 250 calorie snack mid-afternoon, and a 400 to 425 calorie dinner. You should also be drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water each day.
